WORKSITE MANAGEMENT

PROJECT TITLE:

DEVELOPMENT OF TOOLS AND SYSTEMS AND GUIDANCE FOR ESTABLISHING AND MANAGING ACTIVE WORKSITES

 

OBJECTIVE OF THE GROUP:

The group has been formed to take the Guidance Managing Health and Safety in Forestry and examine real practical issues over the way in which sites are planned, established and managed, and to tackle a range of important issues surrounding good practice, cross-linking with other working groups, requests from members, accident data and legislative review.

Develop forestry contractor supply chain assessment knowledge, including insurance issues
